This would be a fun and creative addition to any classroom! This can be used as a role play center, or even just a reading corner. Students can help to create this "furniture" as a group. It's amazing to see how realistic it can turn out with just simple cardboard and black marker. This is one of the reasons I love art so much! I am definitely trying this in my class one day.
I love cooking and baking and I find i bring a lot of art in my food! I really appreciation the presentation of food and I work hard to display my food in a certain manner. By referring to the thankgiving table I created at my house, you can see that I incorporated art in my pumplin, along with how the food is presented on the platters. For example, I used cheese and cold cuts to create a turkey. The other images show themes such as halloween, valentines, football and candy sushi. In order to make these themes present, art is required through color, texture, and details! This wardrobe was inspired by my father ‘s great imagination! He told me that it would be very original if I would be able to create an entire wardrobe using solely items found at an dinner table.
